What buyers ask us

Does AR need an app?

No. iPhones open it in Apple's Quick Look and Android phones in Google's Scene Viewer, both built into the phone.

Is the AR product the customer's own design?

Yes. The model sent to the phone carries the colours, materials and parts the customer chose, not a default sample.

Can customers use AR from a laptop?

They design on the laptop, then scan a QR code with their phone. The phone opens the same design, ready to place in the room.

Which products is AR most useful for?
