What buyers ask us

Do I need my own 3D models?

No. Our catalogue has over 4,000 products modelled and ready, from t-shirts and caps to bags and bottles. If yours isn't there, send us the product or good photographs and we'll build it.

Will a 3D configurator slow my product page down?

Models are compressed before customers download them, and the page shows a still picture first while the 3D loads behind it. On a phone the lighter version loads first.

We already use another customizer. Can we move?

Yes, and it costs nothing. Our team moves your products, options, fonts and artwork across, and your current setup keeps selling until the new one is live.
