Which file formats do orders produce?

PNG, PDF and TIFF for print, SVG and DXF for engraving and cutting, plus a job sheet. You choose per product.

Can files go straight to my factory?

Yes. Orders can be routed to different factories by product or by ship-to country, each getting only its own files.

We already use another customizer. Can we move?

Yes, and it costs nothing. Our team moves your products, options, fonts and artwork across, and your current setup keeps selling until the new one is live.
