What buyers ask us

What is the difference between personalisation and customization?

Personalisation usually means adding something personal, like a name or initials, to a product that's otherwise fixed. Customization goes further: colours, materials and parts change too. FlyScroll does both on the same product.

Can customers upload their own logo?

Yes. PNG, JPG and SVG uploads are placed on the product and kept at full resolution for the production file.

We already use another customizer. Can we move?

Yes, and it costs nothing. Our team moves your products, options, fonts and artwork across, and your current setup keeps selling until the new one is live.
