How is this different from a 360° photo spin?

A photo spin shows the photographs you took, so it can only ever show products you've already made. A real-time render draws the customer's own design, so every combination has its own 360° view with no photography at all.

Does 360° rendering work on mobile?

Yes. It runs in the phone's browser with no app, and the lighter version of the model loads first.

We already use another customizer. Can we move?

Yes, and it costs nothing. Our team moves your products, options, fonts and artwork across, and your current setup keeps selling until the new one is live.
