Can we really go live the same day we migrate?
Yes, for products our team rebuilds from your current setup or picks from our catalogue. A product we have to model from scratch takes longer, and we'll tell you how long before you commit.
What can the AI assistant change?
What you could change yourself in the dashboard: colours, options, text rules, logos, textures and new versions of a product. It never deletes, and it never touches orders, billing or your team's access.
Who checks the assistant's work?
You do, and so do we. It replies on the request with what it changed, and anything it isn't allowed to do is handed to a person on our team.
We already use another customizer. Can we move?
Yes, and it costs nothing. Our team moves your products, options, fonts and artwork across, and your current setup keeps selling until the new one is live.
