The whole cycle

Eight steps, none of them by hand

  1. 01

    Designed in 3D

The customer builds it on the real product, inside your rules.

  2. 02

    Priced and signed

The total is worked out on our server and signed, so nobody can edit it.

  3. 03

    Paid on your store

Your cart, your checkout, your payment gateway.

  4. 04

    Stored, then forwarded

The order is saved first and sent on second, so an outage never loses one.

  5. 05

    Files generated

Every print, stitch and engraving area written at exact size.

  6. 06

    Sent to the factory

Automatically, to the factory that makes it, by product, SKU or ship-to country.

  7. 07

    Job sheet and pictures

Every choice, every size, and the design rendered from each angle.

  8. 08

    Kept for later

The design stays on file for reorders and warranty remakes.

Production files

Accurate to the pixel, ready for the machine

You describe the sheet once per product. Every paid order runs it, and nobody redraws the artwork.

Real millimetres

Each area's canvas is the size it is on the product, not a guess from a screenshot.

Your DPI and colour mode

RGB, CMYK or greyscale, at the resolution your printer asked for.

Production marks

Bleed, safe areas, cut and fold lines, crop marks and spot colours where you need them.

The format each machine takes

PNG, PDF and TIFF for print, SVG and DXF for lasers and cutters, stitch files for embroidery.

A file per area, per item

Front, back and sleeves, for every player on a roster, named so the floor can find them.

Built once, run every time

The recipe is set up per product and runs on every order for it.

Delivered automatically

The right files, at the right factory

Nobody downloads files and emails them on. As soon as an order's files are ready, they go to the factory that makes that product: caps to the embroidery unit, bottles to the laser shop, orders shipping to the UK to your UK partner.

Each factory receives only its own work: the print, stitch or engraving files for its machines, the job sheet, and pictures of the design from every angle. Where one order has products made in two places, each place gets its part.

Routed by

  • Product or SKU
  • Ship-to country
  • Each part of a split order to its own factory

Order management

Every order, and what happened to it

Each paid order becomes a run you can see in the dashboard: received, files generated, sent to the factory. If a step fails, the run says what went wrong, why, and how to avoid it, with the button that fixes it right beside it.

Runs retry by themselves when something was only briefly down, and anything that needs a person shows up as an incident, so nothing sits stuck without anyone knowing.

In the dashboard

  • Every order run with its status
  • Failures explained, with a fix button
  • Re-run any order's files
  • Send files straight to the client or factory
  • Nightly backups of everything

After the sale

Reorders and warranty, without the guesswork

When a customer asks for a replacement under warranty, nobody has to ask what they ordered. The order holds the exact design, its choices and its files, so the same item can be made again, identical to the first.

Reorders work the same way. A team, a school or a company opens their saved design, changes the quantities or the names, and orders again.

Kept with every order

  • The exact design and every choice
  • The production files, same sizes and colours
  • Pictures of the design from each angle
  • A link the factory can open

Questions

What buyers ask us

Are production files really generated without anyone touching them?

Yes. You set up each product's sheet once: its canvas in millimetres, DPI, colour mode, marks and output formats. Every paid order then produces its own files from the approved design.

Do the files reach the factory without anyone sending them?

Yes. Each order's files and job sheet go to the factory that makes it, chosen by product, SKU or ship-to country, and every factory sees only its own orders.

Which machines can the files go to?

Printers (PNG, PDF, TIFF), lasers and cutters (SVG, DXF) and embroidery machines (stitch files for text and simple marks, artwork at size for your digitiser).

What happens if an order's files fail to generate?

The run is retried by itself. If it still fails, it appears on the operations page with the reason and the button that fixes it.

How do warranty replacements work?

The order keeps the exact design and its files, so a replacement is made from the same design rather than from memory or a photo.
