What buyers ask us

Will colours on screen match the finished product?

Screens vary, so no tool can promise an exact match on every phone. What we do is render each colour on its real material with its texture, which gets far closer than a flat swatch. Your colour codes travel with the order, so production works from the code, not the screen.

Can I use Pantone or my supplier's colour codes?

Yes. Each colour carries its own name and code, and the code is printed on the job sheet for every order.

We already use another customizer. Can we move?

Yes, and it costs nothing. Our team moves your products, options, fonts and artwork across, and your current setup keeps selling until the new one is live.
