What buyers ask us

Can prices change with quantity for team orders?

Yes. Set quantity tiers and the unit price drops automatically when a team or company orders more.

Can a customer edit the price in their browser?

No. The price is worked out on our server and signed. If anything in the browser is changed, the signature fails and the order is rejected at intake.

We already use another customizer. Can we move?

Yes, and it costs nothing. Our team moves your products, options, fonts and artwork across, and your current setup keeps selling until the new one is live.
