What buyers ask us

Is Father's Day on the same date everywhere?

No. The US, UK, Canada and Ireland celebrate on the third Sunday in June. Australia and New Zealand celebrate on the first Sunday in September, so one set of designs can run two campaigns.

Can shoppers engrave their own handwriting?

Yes. They upload a photo of it, the customizer places it on the product at real size, and the engraver receives a clean vector file.

We already use another customizer. Can we move?

Yes, and it costs nothing. Our team moves your products, options, fonts and artwork across, and your current setup keeps selling until the new one is live.
