Yes. Set the logo once, then add names or not, in any quantity, with one production file.

When does Oktoberfest run?

Munich's Oktoberfest starts in the second half of September and ends on the first Sunday in October, or a little later when German Unity Day falls just after it. Festivals elsewhere follow similar dates.
