What buyers ask us

Can we add Christmas designs in the middle of December?

Yes. A new design is live in the customizer the same day you send it, with no developer and no release, so you can follow what's selling right up to your cut-off.

Can shoppers order matching items for the whole family?

Yes. One design, a name per person, each in its own size, on one order and one production sheet.

Do we show different cut-off dates for different countries?

Yes. Each market carries its own last order date, so a shopper in Sydney and one in Chicago each see the date that applies to them.

We already use another customizer. Can we move?

Yes, and it costs nothing. Our team moves your products, options, fonts and artwork across, and your current setup keeps selling until the new one is live.
