What buyers ask us

How late can a Valentine's design go live?

The same day you send it. Most Valentine's orders come in the final ten days, so a design added on the 4th still has its best week ahead of it.

Can we show a different cut-off for express shipping?

Yes. Each shipping option can carry its own last order date, and the product page shows the ones that still make the 14th.

We already use another customizer. Can we move?

Yes, and it costs nothing. Our team moves your products, options, fonts and artwork across, and your current setup keeps selling until the new one is live.
