What do you need to start?

CAD files are best. A physical sample or a clear set of photographs from every side works too, with the real measurements.

Can the same model be used in the customizer?

Yes. That's the point: one model gives you renders, spins, AR and a 3D customizer, so you pay for it once.

We already use another customizer. Can we move?

Yes, and it costs nothing. Our team moves your products, options, fonts and artwork across, and your current setup keeps selling until the new one is live.
