What buyers ask us

Does the preview look like real embroidery?

Yes. Embroidered marks are drawn with a stitch texture and thread sheen on the 3D product, so customers see thread rather than a flat print.

Do I get machine files with each order?

For names, numbers and simple marks our embroidery engine writes the stitch file. Complex logos go to your digitiser with the artwork at the exact size and thread colours.

We already use another customizer. Can we move?

Yes, and it costs nothing. Our team moves your products, options, fonts and artwork across, and your current setup keeps selling until the new one is live.
