What is the difference between embossing and debossing?

Embossing raises the design out of the surface; debossing presses it in. Both can be blind or filled with foil.

Does the die maker get a file?

Yes. Each order carries the design as a true-size vector for the die or plate.

We already use another customizer. Can we move?

Yes, and it costs nothing. Our team moves your products, options, fonts and artwork across, and your current setup keeps selling until the new one is live.
