One sheet. The whole job on it
A job sheet is the piece of paper, or the screen, that goes with the work. What to make, in what colours, with what on it, for whom, and how many.
In production. Generated from the design behind the order, with its artwork and price record attached.
Every factory already has a job sheet. It's usually retyped from an email by somebody guessing at half of it. Ours comes out of the design the customer approved, so nothing gets retyped and nothing gets guessed.
It carries the product and its options, the colourway, every decorated spot with its size and content, the quantity including a full roster where there is one, the customer's artwork, and the signed price record the order was placed against.
It's barcoded, so a job can be scanned at each stage instead of ticked off on a clipboard.
What you get
- Generated, not retyped. Straight from the design record behind the order.
- Roster aware. Twenty-four players, twenty-four rows, one job.
- Carries the artwork. The file at full resolution, not a thumbnail.
- Barcoded. Scannable at each stage on the floor.
