Decoration
Stitched, and it looks stitched
Embroidery is the decoration our reference products live on. Cap fronts, glove thumbs, bag panels. It gets previewed as thread rather than as a flat sticker, priced per spot, and written onto the job sheet.
In production: thread preview, placement, per-spot pricing, the job sheet spec, and DST machine files from our own embroidery engine.
A flat logo pasted onto a render is the tell that a customizer has never been near a factory. Thread has direction, height and a colour picked off a real thread chart. The gap between a good preview and a bad one is whether the customer is surprised when the box arrives.
Our surfaces are built from real maps, so a stitched mark reads as raised thread on fabric instead of a decal. The spot, its size and the thread colours are things you author. The shopper picks from what you allow.
The last mile is the stitch file. Our own embroidery engine turns the approved mark into a DST the machine runs, thread colours in order, so the job sheet and the file that drives the machine come from the same design.
What you get
- Spots you define. Front panel, side mark, thumb, back strap, each with a real size.
- Thread colours. Picked from your palette, not from a colour wheel.
- Priced per spot. Each mark carries its own upcharge, computed on the server.
- On the job sheet. Every spot, its size, its threads and its artwork on one sheet.
- Machine files. A DST per mark from our own engine, ready for the machine.
